As we can see Freezer 11 LP outperforms HOC 9000 and Intel Stock cooler, and also has low noise levels. It is a bit noisy when it runs at full speed, but this requires a powerful cpu running at full load for a while, not the concept of an HTPC. The performance is very good if we consider the small size and the 92mm fan. Also the price is very attractive, and is cheaper than most low profile cpu coolers.

  • Good performance
  • Low noise levels
  • Low price

  • It can be noisy when running at full speed
  • It feels very plastic
